yay!

YAY! I'm now officially done with highschool!! Wow, it's such a relief! My graduation was yesterday. I graduated with 132 other homeschool seniors. It was so cool. The graduation was sorta like a normal highschool graduation, except that my parents got to hand me my diploma. My family came in with air hornes! I think my favorite part was the cookout. My family and friends came. We ended up playing some ramdom form of volleyball. We had a blast!! (by the way, tack, my thumb now has the biggest black bruise on it! :) I never realized how grateful I was for my family and friends. Expecially my parents. God is so good. I am truly blessed with some wonderfull, loving parents :) Also,(Jenna's gonna kill me for tellin' everyone, but..) Jenna and I hung out afterwards until 12: 30 A.M. We went and egged/shaving creamed Cole's car; and we went and toilet papered (sp?)/shaving creamed/chocolate syruped/ syaran (sp?) wrapped Ashely's car. (of course we got permission from her parents first :) What a night!! This morning we had senior recognition at our church. That was cool. Our pastor challenged us to find at least 4 good Christian friends in the first 48 hours of college. He said those friends would help keep us growing toward Christ. That was pretty neat. Okay, so was told to post. (more like commanded, (I love you tack:) ) Anyway, my life has been crazy. Graduation is next Sat. This weekend is going to be crazy!! I have to work, then I have a piano recital, then I have to work again, and after work I have to go straight to babysit. Last weekend was a blast! I rode T, Tokens Tinkerbell, in a show. We did pretty good. (though the mare did better than me :) We came away with a few ribbons. We entered 2 jumping classes. They were '18 inch cross rails. And then, even though I have NEVER jumped this high, we entered 2 more jumping classes that were 2 feet 6 inches high. Wow. Jumping came so natually to me. It was so crazy! Yet fun. Still tryin' to figure out where God wants me next year. I have a feeling he wants me to do one of YWAM's DTS. The DTS I feel called to is in Minisota (sp?) Wow, what a week!! Be blessed luvs!

Wow! What a day! Today, we had my brother's b-day party. He's now 15!!! Wow! We are growing up so quick! It's awesome! First, the girls ensamble sang in church today. We sang our accapello(sp?) song: faithfull. I love the lyrics to this song. They are so true! Here they are:

How true is that!! Okay, now to my random part of the blog :) As I was waiting for my family to arrive for the party, I ended up watching this really, not lame, but cheesy version of speed. It was called AirSpeed. It was a pretty good movie, but the camera work was bad and the acting was really cheesy. The plot wasn't to bad. (OKAY, SPOILER WARNING: IF YOU DO DECIDE TO WATCH THIS, DON'T READ. I'M COMMENTING ON THE ENDING!) Okay, so the plot is:
This really rich millionare and his wife (okay, so I missed the beginning.) well I"m not sure why they weren't with their daughter, but anyway. They are waiting for thier daughter to arrive at some airport in his private plane. Well, something happens (yeah, I missed this part too.) and a huge whole gets blown into the side of the plane. It's big, but not big enough to wreck the plane.
So anyway. The pilote gets nocked out and so does all the other crew members, plus the co-pilot. the daughter is the only one concious with no injuries. So She puts on the headphones and calls to the tower. So the next hour and half is about this girl, Nicole, trying to fly the plane by herself.
Of course the autopilote had to be engaged and headed for a crash course with the airport. Go figure it can't be turned off. Everything possible goes wrong. They lose connection, all that jazz. In the end, after every rescue and every other attempt is made to save the plane, this girl gets mad. She takes a baseball bat and beats the autopilote to death. (Why she didn't do this in the first place is beyond me!) and the autopilote disengages. In the end, she safely lands the plan and everybody is happy. So it sounds lame, but it was quite interesting. Well, that's my story:)

...............Jello!! okay, so I don't really have a random story. I'm just bored, but happy. My Fo Tech teacher is soo cool. Today in class we had ice creame sundays. No joke. We spent the first 30 min of class eating and talking and the last 30min hearing a lecture on Access. We got out an hour early. He is so cool. He said that we've gone 15 weeks without much of a break, so he went easy on us today. I got new tires on my van today. I was so happy. Oh. Hey I have some major major prayer request for you. Here they are:
1. Leslie is having her baby tomorrow. They are inducing labor because she's late. This is her first child.
2. Marie is having major major surgery on Wed. Please keep her in your prayers.
3. Marie, Jessica, Michelle, and Becky with Andy and Christy(the horses) are going to a paint show this weekend. Pray for safety in travel and the show.

whooo hooo! yeah!! Alright! I am so happy! Everything is done! Tonight, finally, Jacob and I finished our Power Point Project!! It's due tomorrow! And I was able to get everything finished that needed to be finished! All I have to do now is tackle that stupid test tomorrow! YaY!

Okay, I am extremely angry right now. At the mall where I work there are normally a ton of guys and gals in the military walking around. Well, today, a guy from the Marines stopped to talk. He was really nice. He wasn't "officially" trying to recute me because he wasn't a recuter. This is his first year in the Marines. He graduated last May. His name is John ( I won't give whole name).
Well, we talked for about an hour. (it was slow) He told me what it was like and all that and I told him that I had been considering the military. Well, I also found out that he lives out near where I ride. I also found out he used to ride there himself. Well at the end of our conversation (he had to go) he gave me his "official" business card. It was the business card of a local recruter with his rank and name and phone number on the back. He wanted mine, but I wouldn't give it to him. ( I will NEVER give my number out to some one I don't know). Well, about 5 min after he left, 2 girls I work with came by. I told them what happened and stuff and one girl, Sandi said that she knew the guy and that he had a girlfriend. I felt like crap! I mean, I din't do anything, but seriously, HOW DARE HE DO THAT TO HIS GIRLFRIEND TO ME! I feel horrible for his girlfriend! If he shows up at the barn, he is so going to get the BIGGEST toung lashing he has ever had! I don't even think the military can compare to what he's going to get if he shows up! ARRGHHHGGHHHH!!!!!!!!! okay, I had to vent. So there.

Hmm..wow. Okay, God is amazing. This weekend (thurs. though Sat.) was the senior beach retreat. I wasn't looking forward to it at first. I though man...I'm not going to have any fun. (don't ask me why) Well, I have to admit, I didn't really pray about it either. I hadn't been doing so well spiritually. Well, let me tell you, it was AWESOME! God was awesome too. He was so quiet at first it drove me crazy! But I'm glad because it gave me some much needed reflection time. God is soo good! This weekend was a great time for me. I was able to reconcile with God and have an awesome time on the beach! (though I did get REALLY sunburned.((even though I put sunscrean on!!)) ) wow, I did soo much walking on the beach.
On Thurs..we got to the building after 5 hours of driving. We ate lunch at Lexington BBQ! Ha! Lizzy and I are rebles! Go cheeseburgurs! Then we stopped for icecream at the peach pit. (the best icecream around!)
When we got to our building we unloaded and then had about 2 hrs to ourselves. We got there at around 5pm. We hit the beach! It was too late to swim or anything, but most of the guys played frisbee while a friend and I walked to the peir. We had so much fun! Truitt (our youth pastor) took us to this weird burger joint for dinner. It had so many different burgers! There was even a penut butter burger! Yuck! I had a bacon and cheese burger. The guy that waited on us was a major flirt. He was definitly a southern boy, accent and all! We went to the beach on Fri. I was really blessed Fri. morning. Sam (a girl) and I went out on the beach about 7 am to have a quiet time and ended up talking for 2 hours. That was neat because I din't know her that well and it was nice to get to know her better. The total number of us was 17. 9 girls, 3 guys, 5 leaders. We have the coolest leaders. Truitt that morning held a "meeting". He talked to us about church. normally that would be a boring topic, but he brought it to our attention about how we should know what we believe before college. Because if we go to try to find a church at college and really are not sure about what church "system" to follow, we might get mixed up with really weird church or even a cult. For example, lets say your southern Baptist (well you grew up that way) and you go off to college. Your looking for church that believes what you do. Well, there are sooo many church options now. If you believe that Jesus is the son of God and that he died for you sins and rose from the dead, that's good. But there are churches that claim to believe that ,but show it totaly different. They have a ton of rules and are extremely strict, or there are churches that are incredible loose and really don't care. Okay, what I'm trying to say isn't coming out right. Let my try again. You should dig deeper and truly find out what you believe because even though the chruch may claim one thing, they may lead you down a road you shouldn't be on. Wow, I can't just say something simple! Well, I gotta go. I'll write more later. Be blessed!

Wow! What a day! Okay, so at first, I wasn't at all looking forward to today. Well, for church I went to help my grandmother in the nursery. We had 7 babies today! They were so cute! Well, my choir was having a block party in the southside. I have to admit, I didn't want to go. You see, the choir isn't doing very well spiritually, and well, I have been really prideful lately and so the 2 don't mix. (God's been good though) Well, I had an AWESOME time! It was really cool. The people we met were great! Afterward, my friends and I hung out at the church. It was good to just hang with them. Then Jenna and I just hung out. We went and studied Spanish, but there was probably more talk than study:) It is such a spiritualy and physical and mental release just being with Jenna. She is such an awesome friend! I feel like I can just take on the world!! (with God of course!) Wow! what a cool day. God was really awesome. He was so patient with me today! God you are awesome! I love you so much!

Hm...Wow, God is really cool! He just is. I've been thinking about what I want to do after college. Or before...
I really really want to work with kids. That has become perfectly clear. I'm possibly thinking about being a counciler for kids. Like 8-junior high girls. The Lord has been putting a lot of younger gilrs in my life who really need a friend. I'm not going to go into why for privacy reasons, but it's been a roller coaster that's for sure! I'm still considering entering the Coast Guard. (Don't tell my parents though. They WANT me to join to help pay for college and stuff. That's the only one I actually have 100% support on. I've also considered Air Force, but I don't think that idea will live much longer. I'de much rather perfer the Coast Guard. Any way...that's been my life lately. Well, i gotta go. Be blessed ya'll!

Hm....I have been soo busy! I went to work today...it was busy and slow....Hm...we still don't have new blenders. For those who don't know....not last Sat, but the one before..I was working and was very busy! Well, I had made a few milkshakes that morning so when a girl wanted one I was like, Sure! So right in the middle of the blending process..the blender begings to smoke and shoot out black stuff. So I tried the other blender, it started doing the same thing only WORSE! So currently we can't make milkshakes. Well there. I hope that was random enough for you. Hey guys, I am soo excited. This year I'm leading a D-group with my church! ( D-group: dicipleship group) it's a small group specificly set up for junior high girls. (Tack I'm not sure but I still hope your in my group!) We start this Wed. I am leading with my best friend Ashley. It was cool, because I wasn't sure if the Lord really wanted me to do this, but He said yes, so WOOOOHOOOOO! Be blessed ya'll!

Hey Guys! Sorry I havn't written in a while. I have been soo busy! I've been pondering a lot of stuff lately...(pondering..what a cool word.. :) My week has been interesting. Hmm...a girl I know is trying to match make her brother and I. It's really neat how it's working out so far. (no, we are not dating..or anything like that!) But, she told her bro about me and he was like, " I don't want to just jump into a relationship or anything." Because he feels that would be trying to jump a head of God's plans. I was soooo relieved when I heard this because that is excatly how I feel! One of my bests friends is leaving tomorrow on a mission trip to Mexico. Her brother is paying for it all as his graduation present to her. I think that's sweet. I got to hang out with another one of my great friends last Sun. We went to Tanglewood and hung out. We ended up climbing the train. (She climbed to the very top..that was cool until some wierd lady started yelling at her...It was still fun!) She has a Tae Kwon Doe compition this weekend. My dad and bro are in it too. Hmmm.....Hey guys check out this AWESOME book! It's called Ezekiel. You can find it in the Bible. I'm reading it now. Man he was one cool prophet! Isaiah was really cool too. You should check out Isaiah 6! Gotta go!
