YIKES!! Prayer please!

Hey guys! Please pray for my friend!!! She got kicked in the stomach/ribs by her horse!! She is in the hospital right now. She has fluid in her stomach and they are keeping her over night to watch it. But if all goes well, she gets to go home tomorrow! Please pray that God heals her quickly!! Wow, I love her so much! She's like a real sister to me! Yet, I didn't realize how much she means to me or how deeply my love for her ran, until today. When I got that heart stopping phone call. Pray for her horse too, that she won't totally kill it when she gets better :) (I love you tack! ) Wow, what a day. Well, I better get to packin'! Next time you hear from me, I'll probably be in New York. (Hopefully!)

Hmm...I feel like I should write something...but what...
Life's been crazy lately. Gettin' ready for the beach and choir tour. Yeah, not ready. :) Oh well! Choir practice was really good last Sun. New York is gettin' closer. Still prayin' about Minnesota. Here's the link if you want to see where I'm most likely going this fall: www.ywam-mn.org I'm excited. Gonna miss every body though. Wow. I am so bored. There really is nothing to do.. Anybody want a kitten? We have a stray cat around who just had kittens. Yeah, my neighbor is takin' care of em' and finding them homes. I think I'll go write in my story... Be blessed ya'll!

Oooooh...

Wow. The June 3rd Benifit show at Mila was yesterday. It was a ton of fun. I went. I rode Jake. A 3 year old I had been "training" for his owner who's 10. Jake and I did pretty well. It was his first show, and he deserves a round of applause. He did so good! It was a great day. We had 15 horses at this show! With some kids sharing a horse! It took 3 trailers packed with horses! Go to the website it has all the info on how great everyone did! : www.arrowheadhillsranch.com/newspage Julia did an incredible awesome job!! She rode Jake bareback in the ride-a-buck class!! I also rode bareback. I rode splash another 3 year old. It was
his first show too. Splash was doing very well. I didn't enter him into the bareback class because he had never been ridden bareback until now. I forgot at first that I was wearing spurs (Mind you they were not harsh spurs at all) But then I remembered. I am NOT stupid. I knew I was on a young horse, bareback, with spurs. I fell off splash. But it was not because of the spurs. A lady who was there kept on saying it was because I was wearing spurs. That is not true! It was a freak accident. What happend was this: I began cantering Splash and was planning on going behind these 2 horse and riders. When I think 2 more came up and (they didn't do this intentionally, it was accidental) they blocked my path. So I went to turn Splash when he did this sorta jump/sidestep, sideways. I fell off. I knew I was falling so I turned and was able to land softly. So I wasn't hurt. The only thing that hurt and still hurts really badly, is my stinkin' pride. It was sooo embarasing to fall off at a show!!! I got up and got back on Splash, but I just walked him around to show him (and others) that it was okay. (Splash is very jumpy and scares easily)
So, yeah. My pride still stings, but oh well. That's part of learning and the horse business.

Oh yeah, my finger sorta hurts too. When I fell Splash stepped on my hand twice. pray that it's not broken. Thanks! :)
